Delivery Process
Once the wines are properly purchased by the buyer and payment has been credited, the buyer assumes title of the wine. Through our efforts to safely ship your purchased wine we are providing a service on your behalf, and make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer of the wine will be held responsible for knowing and understanding their own state's wine shipping laws, as well as the consequences of having wine shipped to him or her.
Your order will be shipped out as you request, unless unforeseen shipping conditions require otherwise, in which case you will be notified prior to shipment. Specific transportation of the wine will be determined by Vino LeFebvre in order to insure safe and timely delivery. In some cases, special delivery requests may be accepted.
Who May Receive Delivery
Orders of wine may only be sold and delivered to buyers who are 21 years of age or older. In placing an order with Vino LeFebvre you represent to us that you are of legal age, and that the person to whom the delivery will be made, if not the buyer, is also at least 21 years of age or older. We also reserve the right to ask for proof of identification before processing an order.
Shipping and Handling Costs
We use:
FedEx Ground Service, 2nd Day Air, Next Day
During times of extremely hot or cold weather, we recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid having your order be exposed to the extremes of hot or cold for an extended period in transit. Please note that we are not responsible for wine that arrives damaged due to being exposed to heat or cold. Please plan accordingly when you choose your shipping option.

The Wine Shipping State Pairing Guide identifies where FedEx Express and FedEx Ground are licensed to transport legal shipments of wine from licensed shippers to consumers and from Licensee to Licensee. The chart above is provided solely as a reference for shippers who have executed a FedEx Alcohol Shipping Agreement and is only applicable for legal alcohol shipments. The terms of shipping are governed by the FedEx Service Guide, FedEx Alcohol Shipping Agreement and any applicable Rate Agreement. The shipper is responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in both the origin and destination states. The shipper is further responsible to determine whether shipper and recipient meet all applicable requirements, and whether shipment may be legally transported by common carrier.
